England - Dover to London

We are looking down 100m to the ocean lapping on the rocky beach below. If we keep walking along the Cliffs of Dover, for a little over 3km from the Visitor Centre, we will come to the South Foreland Lighthouse. There has been a light in this spot since the 1300s to warn ships of the shifting sands of the Channel and guide them into the Dover Strait.
